Sebastien Gaudard has been Pierre Hermé's second, pastry chef at Fauchon, and the creator of the Delicabar at the Bon Marché. Now he opens his newest bakery on rue des Martyrs, and gave us the pleasure of coming to turn the water bar into a gingerbread house for a cooklette.You could come put together the iconic characters of Christmas in gingerbread. As beautiful as it is delicious, who could resist?
