Rachel Khoo, "international food creative" and author of Barres de céréales, muesli and granola and Je fais mes pâtes à tartiner (published by Marabout) was tantalizing our tastebuds in a very British way at the last cooklette. We learnt how to make some classic spreads from her book and then how to creat our own simple British teatime treats using some delicious homemade spreads. Of course this was all accompanied by a proper cup of tea!
