A Bathing Ape, originally a simple t-shirts brand, was founded in 1993 by Nigo ("Number 2" in Japanese, because he was the assistant of Hiroshi Fujiwara), a shop in Shibuya in Tokyo, Nowhere. He later became co-founder of BBC / Ice Cream Pharrell Williams.

Mixing the first streetwear and luxury, Bape has become one of the most iconic brands of the evolution of street-culture.

"The British Millerain Co. Ltd" is one of the oldest brands of technical clothing. More than a century after their creation, the English brand collaborated with Bape for this parka both technical and practical.
