Mirit Weinstock started her career as an intern at Lanvin, where she was much noticed.
Indeed, driven by Alber Elbaz's positive comments on her work- who said it was "creative, conceptual, precise, original and inspiring"- , she launched her own label of ready-to-wear and jewelry.
After the feathers and badminton shuttlecocks, this season the designer proposes wonderful pieces constructed from a natural rope made from Raffia palm trees and used in traditional textiles. She transformed the Raffia into jewelry by braiding, weaving and knitting it and then covering it with silver or gold, creating both crafty and luxurious brooches, bracelets and necklaces.
