This Resort season, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli bring back iconic Valentino pieces and give them a modern touch. They use leather, knitwear, denim and technical fabrics for a delicate collection with light and versatile silhouettes. The cuts are perfectly studied and the volumes are revised. For daytime we adopt the blouse dresses and the floor-length trousers, and for the night, we leave the magic to the romantic hand-worked lace, subtle floral and polka dot patterns, as well as the partly sheer pieces.
